1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Contactant LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as nano transformation movement. Contactant LLC provides the eight-minute action library, the CRCS and RRRS frameworks, the Nano Transformation Wellness Wheel and any related programmes, content and membership features (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass anyone;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — no malware, probing, penetration testing, automated scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the Service or its content.

5. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal organisational wellbeing purposes, within the plan you have chosen.

6. Intellectual property

Contactant LLC retains all ownership of the Service and everything in it, including software, programme design, written content, imagery, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Where you submit content (for example wheel scores or notes), you keep it and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Features may change or be withdrawn as the programmes evolve.

8. Not medical or professional advice

The Service offers general wellbeing and movement guidance for educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new physical activity or making decisions based on the content, and stop any action that causes pain or distress.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, applicable taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Donations are voluntary and are not a purchase of any product or service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your licence ends; we will give you a reasonable window to export your data before deleting it.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law does not allow exclusion.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Contactant LLC against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
