30-day money-back guarantee
Contactant LLC, trading as nano transformation movement, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No explanation required — eight minutes should feel good, and if it doesn't, you get your money back.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us and we will raise it for you. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; the 30-day guarantee above applies to your most recent payment.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts that fund free programmes. If you donated by mistake or chose the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it in full.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually take 5–10 business days to show the money back in your account.
