1. Who we are

Contactant LLC, trading as nano transformation movement, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. That means we decide why and how your personal data is used. You can reach us through our contact page.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account data — name, email address and login credentials. Used to create and secure your account and to give you access to your saved wheel and programmes. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Programme data — Wellness Wheel scores, chosen areas, completed eight-minute actions and readiness answers. Used to show your results and personalise suggestions. Legal basis: contract performance, and your consent where the information is sensitive to you.
  • Support messages — what you write to us and any attachments. Used to answer you and improve our programmes. Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting our users.
  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser identifiers, IP address, error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention, service reliability and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests, and legal obligation where security incidents must be recorded.
  • Marketing preferences — if you opt in, your email address and interests to send updates. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

3. Who we share data with

  • Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and support tooling, acting on our instructions.
  • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit, where needed.
  • Authorities or regulators where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

We operate from the United States and use providers in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

Account and programme data are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, so you can come back to your wheel. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Security and usage logs are kept for up to 12 months. Records required for tax and accounting are kept as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your supervisory authority. Contact us and we will respond within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls limited to staff who need it, and regular review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure forms; these cannot be switched off. We may use analytics cookies to understand which programmes people finish, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking essential cookies may break sign-in.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
